The End of Liberty in KS

The top five state office holders are not elected, they are appointed. The Republican Party, infiltrated by a number of Democrats, now RINO's have led Kansas to one of the highest taxed states in the nation and have increased spending to levels that taxes cannot support.

All taxes are based upon economic activity, and liberals (Democrat and Republican)cannot seem to grasp the theory.

* Property taxes are falling because wages and ability to buy or maintain property is in a downward spiral.
* Retail taxes are falling because personal wages and jobs are in a downward spiral. Before one argues KS is not feeling the unemployment like the rest of the country, KS is. Unemployment is high, but lower than the national average, because workers are going where the jobs are. Companies are moving out of the state. People are crossing the borders to shop to save on costs. Gas is as much as 10 cents cheaper with a ten minute drive. No where do you spend 11 percent on taxes.
* With spending and taxes at their highest rates and schools failing at record levels, one third district candidate claiming to be a conservative has led the committee that has led the state down the road away from fiscal responsibility and state sovereignty toward statism and the California syndrome.

One tparty group claiming to be the "umbrella" under which the others are organized appears to be supporting the weakest candidate in an effort to assure a RINO is elected.

At best, we will have "no more moore" to chant in two years. At worst, we will have a RINO voting with the OBAMA machine continuing to claim he is a "blue dog."
