Electronic manipulation, the dead, illegal non-citizens, and candidates chosen by the Party Elites had already manipulated the votes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Geo. Washington was right to warn us against political parties. They tend to be a cancer that eventually devours the host. Political parties are about money and power. Elections and candidates are bought and sold like penny stocks, or the coming carbon credits.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Will the Republicans live up to their name? REPUBLIC.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It is doubtful. On the eve of the election, even the Constitutional hopefuls were warning the resurgence of patriot voters and candidates NOT to be pure in their devotion to the Constitution.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In the next few weeks, we will see the beginning of the end of the Republic as the power elites, through compromise, scramble to grab all the power they can before the new Congress is seated in January. This article expands one from the latest edition, see link below.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;While winter camping in the Trinity Alps, Ronnie and I came upon a Humboldt State University unconscious in a rock cave above 6,000 feet and 15 miles from the nearest dirt road. Read the article in &lt;a href="http://libertyrepublic.net/"&gt;American Liberty Republic&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We were camped about two hundred feet below where this picture is taken, down and to the left. We first checked his airway, he was breathing lightly and very shallow breaths. We gently placed him in a recovery position and put our sleeping bags, one under, the other on top, and zipped them up. We had a pad under the bag to trap the cold from the ground from coming up.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ronnie began working on his hands to get some circulation and I began a fire. Eventually, he did come to. By the time it was done, we had given him most of our food in warm soups.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Our survival planning was for two, not three. After 12 hours of nursing him back to life, we all made it out. The Republican Party, infiltrated by a number of Democrats, now RINO's have led Kansas to one of the highest taxed states in the nation and have increased spending to levels that taxes cannot support.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;All taxes are based upon economic activity, and liberals (Democrat and Republican)cannot seem to grasp the theory. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;* Property taxes are falling because wages and ability to buy or maintain property is in a downward spiral.&lt;br /&gt;* Retail taxes are falling because personal wages and jobs are in a downward spiral. Before one argues KS is not feeling the unemployment like the rest of the country, KS is. Unemployment is high, but lower than the national average, because workers are going where the jobs are. Companies are moving out of the state. People are crossing the borders to shop to save on costs. Gas is as much as 10 cents cheaper with a ten minute drive. No where do you spend 11 percent on taxes.&lt;br /&gt;* With spending and taxes at their highest rates and schools failing at record levels, one third district candidate claiming to be a conservative has led the committee that has led the state down the road away from fiscal responsibility and state sovereignty toward statism and the California syndrome.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;One tparty group claiming to be the "umbrella" under which the others are organized appears to be supporting the weakest candidate in an effort to assure a RINO is elected.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;At best, we will have "no more moore" to chant in two years. My grandmother's uncles fought in the Civil War at Gettysburg and many other battles. Our family fought in the Revolution and the French and Indian War.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My wife has an uncle that never came home from Guadalcanal and her father carried shrapnel from his service there.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;During my service, I boarded Russian and Chinese merchant ships, was an electronics warfare specialist on ships shadowing Russian submarines and service "intel" ships. In the 1990's, I saw service in Korea (the end of the armistice) and Kuwait (Operation Northern Watch). Since the nineties, I have seen service in Kuwait, and was disabled in the months after September 11.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In each of these deployments, people died serving their countries, to contain oppressive governments and to protect their liberties and freedoms. Service men and women were told they were sent to protect South Korea's border from North Korea; South Vietnam's border from North Vietnam; Kuwait's borders from Iraq; Kenya and Afghanistan's borders from terrorists organizations without borders. The problem in Afghanistan is drugs - opium, etc. That part of the world which has adopted an economy based on drugs and the violence of trafficking.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The idealism is still there. The ideal of protecting Liberty and Freedom are the only reason citizens should go to war, to send our men and women into harms way.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It is time to protect our border with Mexico - not from legal immigrants and Latino citizens, but from that part of the Mexico which  has adopted an economy related to drugs and the violence of trafficking.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Twenty one people are murdered in the United States every day by illegal aliens from Mexico; Phoenix is the kidnap capital of the nation, &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;but you don't care; the Kansas State Legislature does not care; the Kansas City City Council and Mayor does not care; Obama and Congress does not care. &lt;/span&gt;Over 3,200 US citizens have been killed in the United States this year alone by illegal alien murders bent on invading our homes, filling our streets with violent gangs, and our schools with illicit drugs from Mexico, South America, and Afghanistan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Arizona cares - those protesting the Arizona law have not read it -for a reason. It tells law enforcement it must have probable cause, that they cannot profile. The protesters object to the parts of the law that holds the attorney general and employers accountable for hiring illegal aliens. The rancher shot and killed a few weeks ago, just miles from where I was born and spent a great deal of my childhood, was killed by a drug cartel murderer bent on revenge. The rancher had turned in an abandoned vehicle filled with drugs meant for US buyers. Eighteen other states care. Not you; not Kansas; not Kansas City.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Obama, H. Clinton, Pelosi, Feinstein, and others claim the drug cartels are armed with guns that came from the US. &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;They are right&lt;/span&gt;! The State Department sold the guns to Mexico, and they sold/gave them to the drug cartels!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You are to blame for three reasons - First, you lost your idealism. Careers, kids, grandchildren, leisure, and the "lake" replaced ideals and commitment to beliefs. Everyday in my classroom, I see kiddos who have no ideals. They see the drugs and the unrestrained gangs as the source of power and money. Idealism, is dead. Put up an American flag and your neighbors and co-workers will ridicule and torment you as naive and worse, a bigot or homophobe.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-Second, you stood by and did not walk your neighborhood and spread the word and message of liberty. "Never talk about politics or religion," we are told by those who will give up liberty and freedom for the sake of "getting along." My neighbors and family know exactly where I have served, why I have served, and my commitment to keep my oaths as a peace officer and sailor to defend and protect the Constitution. You would be surprised how many agree. I say what I mean and mean what I say. I keep my word and have little time for the Charletons that sugar-coat or say one thing and do another. Recently, I ticked off one person running for Senate, another for Congress and a perceived  TParty leader. Each say one thing and do another.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-Third, we did something the Founders warned us against, we trusted those we elected and have given them too many rights and liberties, and power. They have used these non-Constitutional rights, liberties, and power to take ours.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am guilty of all the above, until the Statist decided to take what little else I had.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We made a great income prior to September 11, then the bottom fell out when I was recalled and the company my wife worked for closed. It was two years after my injuries suffered after 9-11 allowed me to work and I returned to teaching after the financial services company eliminated my position upon my return from the Navy.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have the honor of paying the Navy back $26,000 for injuries suffered at a check point, in order to get DAV benefits. With 22 years service, I was denied retirement benefits. Moore, Brownback, McCaskill, and Roberts each agreed on one thing - fixing this oversight was "not their area." Still it was not until Cap&amp;amp;Trade and Obamacare that we got involved.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We do not want sympathy or help - we are responsible for ourselves. Now we are resolved to throw out every rino and hypocrite who is not dedicated to individual liberty and the Constitution. We need to protect and defend every US citizen as an individual with individual rights - Blacks, Latinos, Native Americans, Asians, and those from all of the other cultures in the world. If we protect individual rights guaranteed in the Constitution, we protect everyone.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We need to follow Arizona and protect our borders. We need to protect Kansas jobs and our citizens through low taxes and limited government. We need to give our money, time, and talents to the hand full of candidates that pass the smell test and devour those who do not. Fox News described him as a "stern" father-figure try to keep the miscreant kids together.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When he joins a foreign nation to condemn a sovereign state protecting itself from murdering illegal drug dealers from that foreign country; when that country refuses to secure its own border and calls for the US to ignore its boarder; Obama has failed to defend and protect the Constitution and the country from enemies foreign and domestic.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;He has forced Obamacare against a majority; He is forcing companies to move overseas with Obamacap &amp;amp; Trade; He has made appointments and forced legislation in opposition to legislative rules and the Constitution's authority.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If the government refuses to recognize and obey the rule of Constitutional law, choices for Constitutional patriots are few. To save the republic, November's election must be taken seriously. Change must begin there, our economy and liberty are at stake. It does so by mandating that all Americans buy a government-approved health care plan while redistributing wealth on a massive scale by promising annual federal insurance subsidies to all Americans who earn less than 400 percent of the poverty level, which is currently $88,200 for a family of four.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Attorney Generals from Virginia and South Carolina will both file law suits protecting the people of their States by challenging the federal government's overreaching action in passing and signing mandated health insurance on individuals.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;a href="http://kansas912project.ning.com/video/kris-kobach-on-the-health-care"&gt;Video&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Claiming a statistical majority in the Senate and House allows Democrats to "&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;make the rules as we go&lt;/span&gt;," the legislation ignores congressional rules and the Constitution. The health reform legislation mandates citizens to purchase and states to manage health insurance under a combination of the commerce clause and a "we can do whatever we want" attitude of Democrats.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The commerce clause does not apply because federal law prohibits and continues to prohibit buying insurance across state lines - interstate commerce.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;How did we get here?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The Republican Party lacks principles and integrity!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Rhinos support Democrat policies and principles and are frequently former Democrats who "bought" the Republican label. They vote for expanded state and federal centralization of power, abortion, and vote for tax and spend policies. They are not liberals. Liberalism today means, through Democrat actions, to destroy and work around the Constitution.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Liberals are traditionally against strong federalism and place the Constitution as the benchmark to their liberalism. The Constitution was founded and is a product of "classical liberalism." Any government mandates, abortion (in the health reform legislation), purchases of commercial goods and services are not sanctioned under the Constitution.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Republicans can be liberals without violating the conservative and constitutional principles the party has developed as their platform. There are no punitive actions against Republican candidates and office holders who routinely violate the platform planks.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For decades, when in power and when out of power, Republicans have continually worked across party lines to support statist and unconstitutional spending and mandates on citizens and states. Consequently, families who can afford higher housing costs gravitate toward neighborhoods with higher-quality schools.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Because lower-income families can’t afford that choice, they have little power to decide where their children will go to school. They have to settle for whatever school government assigns, regardless of whether it is safe or effective. As a result, we essentially have two education systems—one for families who can afford to live near good public schools or pay for private school (after paying taxes to support public schools) and the other for families who can’t afford to choose where they live.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Slowly but surely, this is starting to change. In recent decades, more states and communities have adopted policies that let families choose the best school for their children—no matter where they live. School choice is expanding the horizons of tens of thousands of students. He claims he is a lawyer and an engineer, yet there is no information he is working in either field from he documents he has presented. We have not found a reference to Talia being admitted to the bar or working as an engineer. He has failed to declare any job in any public document we have located.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Talia does appear to have a political action committee. He calls it NeoDems Political Action Committee. The term NewDems is code word associated with Obama's ACORN and SIEU associations. The label has been used to describe "vote in jack step on anything international in scope and it is always; pro war, pro loss of liberties." Fortunately, Talia appears to be no better at political action then he is at representing Merriam and Kansas mainstream interests. It appears Talia uses tee shirt sales with the notation "I'MORAL" in various sizes for income. Many of his listed expenses are toll fees and one contribution to the Democrat party.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;He also claims to own Omnipresent Marketing and Advertising in Kansas City, Missouri Area, however, there is no finding of any actual business working in KCMO.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In short, Talia is anything but what he claims to be. He does not receive any contributions from his district, he does not promote the interests of Merriam or Johnson County or Kansas. We must look back to see forward. We are dissatisfied with both political parities while the prospects of creating a third party will work into the hands of the statists forcing an all powerful centralized statistist federal government. Washington and De Tocqueville led the way for today’s struggle by warning us, like in &lt;span style="font-style:italic;"&gt;Scrooge&lt;/span&gt;, by warning us about the sins of our ways. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The movement must unite in defense of the Constitution. Groups like RagingElephants, the Hope for America Coalition, American Majority, Red State, and Political Chips are linked in this unity. Each advocates, supports, and educates the movement in the tactics to retake school boards, city councils, state legislatures, and Congress.  We will win by politically taking back the diverse local and state power a centralized government has taken from us.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The diverse rights protected in the Constitution have been successfully taken away from corporations, from individuals, and the states. The taking of these rights do not to serve local and state powers or a more democratic base, but to empower the federal government and the executive branch as the sovereign. Almost all charitable establishments have more or less fallen into the hands of the central government. The federal government has exclusively taken the role of giving bread and shelter to the hungry, aid and refuge to the ill, and has made itself the reliever of all miseries of citizens and non-citizens. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Reflection upon the causes that are undermining our Republic, it occurs as matter of serious concern the role of parties and their manipulations by geographical and population discrimination: Northern and Southern, Atlantic and Western; whence designing men may endeavor to excite a belief that there is a real difference of local interests and views. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;“One of the expedients of party to acquire influence within particular districts is to misrepresent the opinions and aims of other districts. It is justly so, for it is a main pillar in the edifice of your real independence, the support of your tranquility at home, your peace abroad; of your safety; of your prosperity; of that very liberty which you so highly prize.”&lt;br /&gt;The Republic was not made for majority rule. The system of checks and balances was to protect and defend the Constitution and its limitations on centralization of power in the federal government and the executive branch and the tyranny of the majority. Citizen sovereignty is the foundation of power. State’s were given the most power of any government entity by retaining powers not specifically given to the federal branches of government.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Education has clearly become a national concern with children being taken from the parent choice of schools, control of funding and education quality. The federal government has undertaken political action to consolidate all schools, public and private through No Child Left Behind and Individuals with Disabilities Education Act that did not provide adequate funding to states while establishing impossible outcome standards.  In 2010 the testing standards require 87% of students pass state math and reading standards at 85%. In the near future, the requirement will be 100%. General education and special education students are measured by the same assessment in most cases. Only 3% of special education students are allowed to take the alternate assessment. Schools now teach benchmarks, facts that are identified to be in the required state assessments mandated by the federal government.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Are all democratic peoples instinctively drawn toward centralization? Examination of democracy in Europe would suggest centralization is the destiny of democracy, though the citizens have not lost all independence. The trend toward centralization in Europe and Canada may be explained from their history of having never known freedom, or that it has not known freedom for a long time. It was in this environment that equality and liberty has been attracted to the flame of old habits, traditions, and doctrines of centralization.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The early English settlers discovered a society rooted in democracy and liberty in their New World settlements. They had the structure of justice, the jury. They had new freedoms – freedom of speech, of press, and individual freedom. These settlers secured their independence and built free institutions and sustained their liberty through many internal and external trials.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For the United States of America, freedom is old. Equality is relatively new. As Christmas Eve departed and the New Year entered with 2010, the Democrat peoples government has presented the Republic the form of one lone central power – the federal government. Checks and balances provided in the Constitution have fallen to a one party system. The two party system has failed in two respects.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The party of the Republic, the GOP was drawn to the flame of centralization, leaving the courtyard of liberty through the illusionary gate of equality. In the contemporary definition of equality, certain groups of people are selected to have protected status and additional rights in the name of equality. Equality is no longer of opportunity, but of outcomes. The protected classes and outcomes are defined and administered by the central government with the support of nearly one-third of the GOP (rhinos). &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;How did this turn from liberty and the spirit of independence change course so radically? This change is not result of natural evolution of democracy, but through the institutions and manner in which equality is defined and administered. &lt;br /&gt;The revolution was founded in a struggle against aristocracy. To prevail, a central government was established to repulse the aristocracy and to protect the new confederation of colonies. First articles, then the Constitution, government centralization, weak as it seems in present light, was strong enough to protect the country for forces without, but not the sense of liberty within. Following the Civil War, the centralization of federal government was further increased. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As the aristocracy before it, the centralized Democrat government has developed its own aristocracy that dreads the petty tyranny (independence) of the people. The Constitution establishes sovereignty in the people, a situation that threatens the Democrat aristocracy as much as liberty threatened the British aristocracy in the 1700’s.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In what was perceived a classless society is now a system of classes. The Democrat peoples party, in the name of the people, established a permanent poverty class – the result of a declared war on poverty. They have established a near permanent ruling aristocracy of the rich – the result of a selection and tax system that prohibits the poor and the middle class from reaching the aristocracy. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The Democrat peoples party seeks to govern the people as a whole, not individuals with individual rights. Their centralized government systematically forces a one size fits all solution for any problem to protect the aristocracy. The “cars for clunkers” rewarded some and punished others. The executive order establishing Cap&amp;Trade (Oct. 5, 2009) rewards the aristocracy (Al Gore, his cronies, and government), health insurance reform rewards the power of centralization while keeping the independence of citizens controlled by treating them as a whole. &lt;br /&gt;The aristocracy of family and wealth ensures their continued dominance with a collaborated strategy. The wealthy helps the chosen who share the commitment to the aristocracy, the class system, and the commitment to a centralized government. The Democrat peoples party has through their system of patronage. The courts through a strict set of self perpetuating legal procedures protect the lawyers and the courts from oversight by the centralized government or the sovereignty of the citizens through the Constitution. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The Federal Reserve can trace its aristocracy to the ancient rich families of New England and England, even in contemporary times. The political party system dissuades usurpers like Sarah Palin from ascendency. She had committed no crime against the centralized aristocracy except professing independence and being from a modest, non-wealthy class. She was a threat to the aristocracy – the Democrat peoples party and the rhinos of the GOP.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;George Washington advised us, “I shall carry it with me to my grave, as a strong incitement to unceasing vows that heaven may continue to you the choicest tokens of its beneficence; that your union and brotherly affection may be perpetual; that the free Constitution, which is the work of your hands, may be sacredly maintained; that its administration in every department may be stamped with wisdom and virtue; that, in fine, the happiness of the people of these States, under the auspices of liberty, may be made complete by so careful a preservation and so prudent a use of this blessing as will acquire to them the glory of recommending it to the applause, the affection, and adoption of every nation which is yet a stranger to it.”&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;intent of President Washington was that the aristocracy of democracy was liberty, not a class of people. The Constitution was sacred, founded in God by Christians and Jews. The Constitution was seen as written and adopted as sacred, behind Scripture and the Ten Commandments.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For those of us in the Tea Party movement, the” love of liberty” is present within “every ligament of our hearts as Washington said. We treasure unity to the Constitution and its limited powers as a main pillar of our real independence, the support (not to provide) of our tranquility at home, our peace abroad; of our safety; of our prosperity; and our liberty which we so highly prize.”&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For we the people to be independent, our states must first be independent. As we patriots enter the political fight of 2010 as libertarian protectors of the Constitution, against the self-made class of aristocrats using democracy as the tool to be the usurpers of the Constitution’s power; we have to be clear – it is a battle of politics. The Republican and Democrat aristocracy is the enemy of liberty and libertarians in both parties. In Russian revolutionary terms, it is we, the non-political classes, the proletariat within each party that need to stand up against the oppressors. We the people in both parties must unite and revolt with our votes. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This is a political battle against impossible odds, much as the 300 Spartans who led the battle against tyranny and to give Athens and other Greek cities time to save their liberty. We need to capture 79 congressional districts from a nation where 19 cities elect a majority of Congressmen. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We need to first take back the party system. We need to take back the precinct party offices, local government and school boards. In place of a third party, displaced Republicans need to take back the party. JFK Democrats need to take back their party. We do not wish to replace one fascist party with another, but re-frame the debate over democracy back into the constraints of our founding document.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As Republicans, we need to take back 40 senate seats. There are only 8 seats to be gained, with a possibility of 20. Anything short of a 40 seat win is less than a victory in an off year election.  Numerically, the senate seats offer the best opportunity, however, only 17 are up for election and only 8 are really attainable. We will win only when city, suburb, and rural voters unite under the Constitution and its conservative principles – independence and liberty.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As we make gains, there will be violence from the statists, as in Germany, England, France, and Russia. The think tank for the Obama, Pelosi, Reid counter-revolution against the Constitution and the attack on liberty is Harvard, Yale, and Princeton universities. In August, the Trilliteral group, a printing concern of these universities published and distributed The Coming Insurrection. The book calls for anarchists and leftists to rebel against the country, its institutions, and its people, the unprotected groups. The book led the insurrections of several years ago in France.  If one watches carefully, this form of terrorism is beginning to be reported. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A second source of violence is from the president’s right arm, the union “thugs” that have physically beaten Tea Party patriots and created false images and blamed property and physical violence on the Tea Party movement, later found to be false. There has not been one act of violence by anyone in the movement.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There will be a time when the statists, those committed to the undoing of the Constitution, will witness they are losing and they will respond as members in Congress and the Administration have already threatened, “With any possible means.”&lt;br /&gt;To avoid this violence, we need to remove the image of a people in rebellion against the central government. We need to take back local government and state government. We need to throw off the reins of federal mandates and funding that usurp state sovereignty. States like Kansas, Missouri, Tennessee, Wyoming, Utah, and others become politically self-sufficient and reject all federal monies. Federal projects within states should come with no reigns or conditions. States need fund their own budgets within their means. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;France has had a number of constitutions since the revolution. The US is the longest standing democracy. The goal of Obama and the statists is clear now – fundamental change away from the Constitution. We must take him at his word, not like Rush and O’Reilly. Rush has gone on and on about the hypocrisy of Obama. Obama is only hypocritical if he is not usurping the powers restrained under the Constitution.  When he says he will force Cap&amp;Trade and Climate Change policies on the US, he did just that without legislative action or treaty or with the consent of the governed. He did it by executive order on October 5. When he says he may not run in 2012, I believe him. I believe he will try to change the system by then.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The thought everyone is having – in the Congress, the administration, and all sides aware of the nature and scope of this political battle is, &lt;span style="font-style:italic;"&gt;when liberty is defeated, will the libertarians and Constitutionalists go quietly into the night? How long will the oath keepers remain neutral? It remains to be seen if you will be able to retain it.”  What was he talking about?  Why is a reversal of the 2008 election unlikely, and irreversible?        &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In this Republic, the supreme power is held by the people and is given to their elected representatives and president. This Republic provides a society with equality between its members.  Within the Constitutional Republic, elected representatives should be of equal status with those electing the individual, but they are not. Alexis De Tocqueville warned of an aristocracy within democracy, which is what has occurred over the past century.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The Democrat Party has given up on the ideals and principles that brought John F. Kennedy. The Republicans have given up on the ideals and principles that brought Ronald Reagan. Both preserved sovereignty. Both kept their oaths to the Constitution. Republicans and Democrats have left principle and ideals for pragmatics, a philosophy where liberty, sovereignty, and socialism looks the same – a constitutional hurdle of negative rights. Obama's lack of principle and devotion to the pragmatics of the ends justify the means led him to take on redistributive justice, by saying the Constitution is a document of negative rights is not one of them. (see video below)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Equality is no longer an individual right. Equality is now a system where some are more equal than others. The evolution of equality began with the concept of a central bank (the Federal Reserve Bank) and its evolution through a system of family and heir aristocracy. Others became more equal with the creation of a progressive income tax system that rewards the slothful as well as the needy and disabled. Still others are more equal when it comes to victims of hate crimes. Political speech and candidacy have evolved from the simple postings of Common Sense to a point where only the rich, the more equal, and connected can run for office. The system is devised so only the rich or well connected remain elected. Federal and state representatives no longer need funding from constituents; campaign donations come from special interests, as do the draft policies they represent.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What was a limited state and federal system under the Constitution’s Republic is now totalitarian control over the individual. The totalitarian state controls the minds of its subject through “benchmarking” education practices to replace the teaching of principle. The totalitarian state controls business, finance, the means of production (that which has not been forced to leave the country through punitive taxes and regulation). A Republic founded in Christian and Jewish teachings, both are systematically being outlawed.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Equality is no longer a term for equal opportunity, but a mantra for holding some groups more equal than others in a socialist, or Marxist application of “each according to their needs.” Health reform does not give coverage, but takes political power and responsibility. The concept of an Liberty Republic has lost its horizons, horizons lost. The Republic no longer looks east to the past and the Revolution; the precepts are corrupted and lost. The Republic can no longer protect the rights of the individual. There is no place in the future for the individual or individual liberty. It was not decreed by the God, nor was it demanded by the citizens. It was imposed on Saturday night meetings and deals cut in back rooms.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The Obama regime has declared the ends justify the means as the threat and the use of force is used to quiet descent and gain votes. In 2010, there will be a valiant attempt by Tea Party Patriots and Republic Loyalists to regain a sense of Constitutional direction. The personal life is dead in America, the neo-revolution of the statists have killed it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The Republicans need 60 votes in the senate, a swing of 20 senators; this is an unattainable number with only 17 Democrat seats up for election. Only eight seats are considered close enough for Republicans to win. This results in 48 republican seats and 50 Democrat seats. The Republicans can begin to block super majority votes, but with the rhinos, little chance to stop or undo the statist agenda of the totalitarian policies of the federal government. In the House of Representatives, Republicans need 40 additional seats. As it stands now, Republicans may win eight additional seats, if the Kansas 3rd District is included.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In short, a reversal of the 2008 election is at best unlikely, and most likely irreversible. Some will cling to the hope some gains will be made in 2010 and the counter-statist revolution will be won in 2012, but this is not likely. The president has learned he can rule by decree without judicial or legislative checks and balances guaranteed by the Constitution which are ignored. Executive Order 13514 of October 5, 2009 put “Cap&amp;Trade” into effect. EPA regulations will come forward after the first of the year mandating Cap&amp;Trade without one vote being cast, for or against.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The Republican Party has lost its devotion to the meaning of its name – Republic and its purpose – Liberty. The GOP is pragmatic and infiltrated with statists nicknamed “rhinos.” It has pragmatically chosen to fight over abortion, but not seriously, in place of fighting for the Constitution and all of the Bill of Rights.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The elections of 2010 and 2012 will bring challenges for the tyranny of the totalitarian federal state. True liberals will resent the reemergence of autocratic authority and regret the false pretenses that led them to support federal totalitarian policies. Anti-war leftists will resent the continuing war and continuing spikes of sending troops into Afghanistan and other countries to fight what will be seen as “colonial” wars. In Copenhagen, leftist radicals violently protested Obama and the industrialized nations at a time when Obama was trying appear to give them everything they wanted. In fact, he intended to give them nothing. He, Al Gore, and his cronies will make billions off of this money scheme that will not save the planet from global climate warming. Every American has the opportunity for medical coverage today! Disabled qualify under Medicare. Those who do not have care plans choose not to have them. Prior conditions and state lines, both manufactured by legislation intervention can be best repaired by legislators backing off. After all, they have ignored the problems for decades. Like global warming, government health reform is a means to an end. At what cost will the left give up their ideals?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Liberals will not be the only group resentful of the 2010 and 2012 elections. Conservatives, those who took their oaths to the Constitution, Tea Party Patriots, and libertarians will resent the reemergence of autocratic authority and will resent the false pretenses that allowed a minority to gain control of the Republic and replace the Constitution. The statists do not need to decree the Constitution unconstitutional; they already have by ignoring it through legislative and executive directives and mandates. The question becomes, at what cost will the Republic’s patriots give up their ideals? It was the rich that galvanized the American Revolution. Unless the Tea Party Patriots find focus in the Patriot Rebel cause, we are lost. The cancer is too deep and infected into too many vital organs. The president is correct in one case only, we do need fundamental change. We need radical surgery. Political correctness needs to be replaced with truth; facts with their intended and unintended consequences over opinion. Anti-Constitution and anti-capitalism forces need to be dismantled as Unconstitutional. “If we do nothing, peaceful reconciliation will fail, as appeasement has throughout history as a means to peaceful resolution.” (A. Lincoln) Resolution and Revolution are closely associated. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;How is the United States lost? At some point, the leftists will realize the political spectrum has four corners. One, the left is liberal; the right is conservative. The top corner is libertarian (not party but philosophy); it is socially liberal and economic conservative. At the bottom is Statism, the new caste system. It controls society and economy. The Coming Insurrection will begin with the Leftists. The rich will pander to power, as did Philadelphia during the revolution and today. The right will respond. States will move from calling for state rights to dissolution from the Union. Texas, Alaska, and Montana may lead this movement decide to decline all federal monies to neuter federal laws regarding the commerce clause. Without the Elizabeth Dole and commerce “strings,” states will be free of federal control, at least temporarily. Sarah Pain, Joe the Plumber, and now Daniel Gilyeat, a decorated and disabled Marine hero, are the personalization of arrogance through hate, a powerful emotion that divides brother from sister, mother from son, and Americans from each other. Sara Palin was victimized by Democrat arrogance (and joined with an ample heaping of Republican arrogant elitism) simply because she worked hard and said what America feels. His life changed in the Marine Corps, where he served two tours in Iraq losing his left leg to an IED. Gilyeat lost his leg but found his voice. He chose to stand up and run against Moore for Congress.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Dennis Moore reportedly called decorated and disabled Marine Veteran and Congressional Opponent "White Trash" in a recent (recorded) telephone conversation. The comment was made to a respected Hispanic leader in Kansas City, Kansas. The KCK leader, who has formally supported the incumbent, said Moore could not believe the naturalized citizen was supporting "White Trash" over Moore. Dennis Moore called the KCK man after hearing the Hispanic community leader's support had changed, calling it foolish saying he (Moore) had $7 million to run his campaign. (ALR)&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;                &lt;/span&gt;Look beyond the political hype to economic facts. Beginning with Ronald Regan and continuing through Bill Clinton, many Americans were able to move from lower economic classes to higher classes through the development of small business and computer-based service companies. Today, the upward mobility is gone.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;                &lt;/span&gt;Radio Talk Show Maverick Michael Savage has a point with his theory of “trickle down poverty.” The upper class has been intentionally destroyed. No one can claim with any credibility the economic crisis the US is facing is some accidental freak of nature. It is clearly the deliberate acts of freaks in Washington. When Rep.’s Dennis Moore, Barney Franks, Nancy Pelosi, and others proposed ACORN and SOROS affiliate legislation ordering destabilizing home and business loans, they ordered the end of the US economic system. With the destruction of the upper class, middle class investments were decimated, and minority inner city unemployment above 40 percent, poverty is trickling down – however, the trickle appears to be more of a landslide or waterfall.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;The Coming Caste System&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Though it did not begin with the president, he is the catalyst. One only has to look at Chicago to see the prototype to the president’s and Washington’s next step. Hamilton to a federal appeals bench. Hamilton was a fundraiser for ACORN (nice ACORN payback, Mr. President) and served as vice president for litigation and a board member of the Indiana ACLU. In 1994, when President Clinton nominated him to the district court, the ABA rated him as ‘not qualified,’ apparently because of his almost purely political (as opposed to legal and judicial) experience. Interestingly, he is also the brother-in-law of perhaps the hardest left radical Obama nominee to the Department of Justice, Dawn Johnson. The Hamilton nomination served “as a kind of signal” about the kind of nominees Mr. Obama continues to select.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;The Caste System will have a ruling class and a service class. This is not a liberal – conservative argument. Liberals question authority. As Mark Lavine points out, the caste system related to here is STATISM. There will continue to be a poverty class without upper mobility to maintain the illusion of continued crisis and threats to the system from within. Like doctors and insurance companies have become villains to justify the Ruling Caste Agenda, lawyers will follow in order to supplant the Constitution. He fooled some of the people some of the time. Most of us are no longer fooled at all. The only glint of intellectual progress was the call for litigation reform, but that was “Just Words.” Anthony “Van” Jones taught us one thing, “The ends justify the means.”&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;The  plan he offers will provide this insurance, the assurance insurance premiums will climb exponentially. First, Obama proposes the waste and fraud from Welfare will pay for most of the plan, if one believes the waste and fraud ignored for decades can be eliminated next month! He threatened the insurance companies with additional patient economic rights and orders for coverage.
